Does the service use a staging system, testing before deployment?

For the Pro and Biz packages, a staging site is setup (on the same domain) for testing updates and plugins before deployment to Live sites.

When updates are applied to Live, it is still done in a very controlled manner, whereby various screen shots are taken and compared on a before and after basis, and only if the changes are less than 8% will the changes be applied.

If the system is unable to safely apply an update, we get assistance from the plugin vendor.
