What if I want to add options at a later stage?
As our service is evolving, we are offering additional options to further improve the effectiveness of your website.
Sometimes customers want to add a feature or additional function to their package.
There are 2 ways to do this:
- If you do not mind another payment to us outside of your existing
monthly or annual payment, you can simply add an additional subscription
and it will be debited off your account on the anniversary of your sign
up. All subscriptions can be managed from your My Account page.
- If you would prefer all of your billing in a single monthly or annual Subscription Package, kindly contact us to make the required changes.
If the option is not available as a subscription, kindly log a ticket and we will get back to you with a solution.
